# How It Works

## Overview

* The main point of this service is simply to make you money without having to do much effort obtaining hard to get product.
* ACO means Automated Checkout and the purpose of Navi ACO is to automate the checkout process for profitable products from online retailers that would normally sell out within seconds.
* Please note this is a **paid service,** resources used for this service often have high costs and require lots of time to setup prior thus misuse of our services may result in compensational fees assess to the recipient of our services.

## Our Services

* Navi ACO operates from the use of "bot" software that automates the checkout process for products that are highly sought after from retailers like Target, Walmart, BestBuy, etc.
* Navi ACO provides an advantage to customers who are looking to secure product that would normally sell out immediately, though success is never guaranteed your chances of purchasing are only greatly increased with our service.
* Information required to be successfully set up with our services may include but are not limited to: Account login for specific websites, preferred payment method (credit/debit card), address / billing information, name, phone number and email.
* The software is essentially checking out as if it were you but at speeds much faster than regular humans can checkout normally, that is why the information mentioned is necessary to complete the transaction on your behalf.

## Signing Up Process

1. Prior to scheduled releases or reoccurring restocks, announcements are made in our [discord server](broken://pages/VEAR5GjI8buAQHGBaaR7) for what we will be running, as well as estimated release times/dates if possible.
2. If there is/are product(s) desired from the websites/releases offered in our discord you must make sure, if they are required, that your account's you wish to submit are not flagged/banned/invalid. Once you are ready to request are services please head over to #request-aco in our discord.
3. From there you will need to designate whether you are a Standard, Bulk, or Custom ACO Customer, specific definitions are below.

* ***Standard ACO:** Users who wish to submit a single/few profiles for upcoming releases/restocks, this designates them to standard pas fees.*
* ***Bulk ACO:** Users who wish to submit "bulk" or greater number of accounts/profiles than standard users would, **usually 5 or more**. User's who submit more than 10 accounts are subject to discounted PAS fees.*
* ***Custom ACO:** While we offer a list of product's we believe users would want regularly, there will always be products we don't have listed but are more than capable of sourcing. If you have product(s) that are either **RELEASING SOON or CURRENTLY RESTOCKING** that we have announced, you are welcome to open a ticket and we can arrange a fair PAS fee for the service, if the product is a scheduled release the request of the service must be made ATLEAST 24 hours before the release, requests made in less time than the mentioned time frame may not be accepted.*

4. Once a ticket is created you will be asked what product(s) you wish to be ran for and the quantity you wish to purchase, you will then be asked to fill out a google form or spreadsheet depending on the amount of profiles you wish to submit, in there will be questions including account information, address, billing, phone number, preferred payment method, etc. This information will be used in the bot to checkout the products you desire on your behalf.
5. Finally, once all information is confirmed to be working and account login (if necessary) is successful, you will wait for the result of coming releases, below is a more in-depth breakdown of the completion of our service.

## Service Completion

* Once the designated checkout amount has been met, or a release has past, if a checkout is successful and confirmed to not have cancelled you will be asked within 24 hours to pay our PAS fee.
* You will have 48 hours to make this payment before being subject to ban and having your card on file charged the fee.
* We accept PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
* In case of an order cancellation, proof of cancel will be required for the fee to be waived, this can be via screenshot sent to staff in our discord or direct messaged to n9vi on discord.
* Please note that once an order ships from the retailer, liability for the order from there on will be between the recipient and the retailer, the PAS fee will not be refunded once an order is shipped to issues between the retailer and the recipient.
* For more information on conduct of cancellations, misuse of our service, etc please check our [Terms of Service](/naviaco-public-guides/guides/naviaco-terms-of-service.md) which you agree to upon signup of our service..
